2. Data processed

The website does not use registration or contact forms, newsletters or restricted user areas. The following data may be processed:

  • technical browsing data, including IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, where necessary to deliver content, ensure security and diagnose faults;
  • name, email address, contact details and message content voluntarily provided when a user writes to an address published on the website;
  • administrative, contractual and billing data required to manage enquiries, quotations, engagements and commercial relationships;
  • technical data sent to external providers when a user requests embedded content, for example by starting a YouTube video.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to:

  • provide and protect the website, prevent abuse and resolve technical issues, on the basis of the legitimate interest in service security and operation;
  • answer enquiries and assess collaborations, quotations or engagements, in order to take steps at the user's request before entering into a contract;

Providing data by email is optional, but the information needed to handle the request must be supplied in order to receive a reply or establish the requested relationship.

Data may be processed, where necessary, by Luca Volpe, Coop Zenart, authorised persons and providers used for hosting, technical maintenance, media publishing and storage, email, security and administrative or professional services.

The website also uses technical resources and content supplied through Dissolvia, Supabase, Google Fonts, jsDelivr and unpkg. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode and the connection to the player starts only after a user action. Activation may transmit IP address, browser information and other technical data to Google/YouTube under their respective notices.

Personal data is not sold. The website does not perform profiling or automated decision-making.

5. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, processing relies on safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, as described by the relevant providers.

6. Retention

Technical data is retained for the time required to operate and secure the website. Communications are retained for as long as necessary to answer and manage the requested relationship.
